This section talks about our Terms of Service. Please read carefully before using the site and services offered by BBD. By using the sites or service in any manner including but not limited to visiting or browsing the sites, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
Acceptance of Terms
The Service is offered subject to acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Sites by BBD. You represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful. BBD may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the Service to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.
Our Right to Modify These Terms of Use
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. You should check this page regularly. The changes will appear on the Site and will be effective when we post the changes. Your continued use of the Site means you agree to and accept the changes.
Rules and Conduct
This section lists stuff you know you shouldn’t do: breaking laws, stealing data, abusing other members, etc. Just be nice - to us and to other members. BBD is a positive place. Let’s keep it that way.
All the kids will be a part of an Innovation Portal which is an online platform. This platform is a closed online community. It is a safe space for children to interact with their peers and mentors.
As a part of the program the children would be spending a considerable amount of time engaging with this community.
Children will also be working with a number of tools to help them create their projects. These would include hand tools and other electronic materials. These tools would be used by children under supervision when present at a BBD Center. It is advisable for the parents to keep a check on any sharp tools being used by a child during any project work at home.
By using this website, you agree you will not:
- Post any information, data, text, or images, videos or other material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, obscene, libelous, constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk, spam or otherwise objectionable that may invade another's right of privacy or publicity.
- Post any material, which can harm our users or involves commercial and/or sales activities.
- Upload any material copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary rights of any third party.
- Upload content which contains software viruses or any other computer codes, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, limit or interfere with the proper function of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any system, data, password or other information of BBD.
Fees, Payment and Subscriptions
You must provide BBD with a valid credit card/Debit card to pay for Services. You acknowledge and agree that only an adult (18 years of age or older) can enter into any transaction or subscription. Services are available as a one-time yearly or recurring monthly subscription.
BBD does not support all payment methods, currencies, or locations for payment. If the payment method you use with us, such as a credit card, reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your payment method, BBD may suspend your account.
Disclaimer
BBD does not endorse and has no control over any User Submission. BBD cannot guarantee the authenticity of any data which users may provide about themselves. BBD is not responsible for any data which is deleted (either intentionally or unintentionally) at the direction of any user.
The contents of the site may be subject to change or update without any prior notice. We do not take responsibility of the accuracy or redundancy, or originality of the material or any contents including text, graphics, code, or other material, on the site. BBD reserves right to copy, modify, share the content posted by users. Additionally, there will be content generated by BBD throughout the program which would talk about the child and his/her experience at BBD.
We can remove any content from the site if it concerns with the safety and security.
BBD may remove any User Submission at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such User Submission), or for no reason at all.
